LA ROMANA Grupo Inmobiliario is a family company dedicated mainly to the development of first and second homes. It was formed in 1995 to carry on, through the second generation, the long journey begun by its founder in the Spanish property market. It started in Madrid, where its main office is situated and where LA ROMANA has developed a number of property projects. Shortly after, LA ROMANA opened its Almería office and started developing second homes. In 2001, having successfully completed several projects on the coast, LA ROMANA opened its Málaga and Cádiz office, setting its sights firmly on the Andalusian coast. Over the last 10 years, LA ROMANA has fulfilled the dreams of more than 1600 families in different Spanish areas. In addition to this territorial expansion, LA ROMANA Grupo Inmobiliario has been diversifying its activities into other business areas such as Refurbishment and Land Management . As inspired as it was at the start, and eager to continue growing and reaching more people and places across the country, LA ROMANA Grupo Inmobiliario currently has seventeen new property projects under way for the construction of some 2.000 new homes in areas such as Madrid, Roquetas de Mar and La Pipa (Almería), Valdeluz (Guadalajara), Manilva (Málaga), and Valladolid.
